This area is lead by Dr. Sherry Sandy our consultant internist and neurologist. She has both specialty and subspecialty straining in
dealing with complex cases related to her field of practice. Assisting her would be Dr. Shamera Maharaj who boasts dual
specialization in internal medicine from the UWI and Royal College of Physicians. Lifestyle disease management is paramount in
our population due to its increasing prevalence and deleterious effects. Guided by their expertise we will identify; risk stratify and
optimize patient care to prevent disease progression and increased associated costs of care.
